Terms of Service

By using the TicketApp web application, you agree to the following terms of service. These terms apply to the ticketapp.dev domain and its subdomains. All users are required to comply with these terms while using the service.

• Harassment or intimidation of others is strictly prohibited. This includes any form of verbal, written, or other types of abuse that may harm or humiliate others.
• Bullying, meaning the deliberate harm or targeting of others, is forbidden. This includes verbal insults, threats, or any other behavior intended to shame or intimidate others.
• Using the application for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to facilitating, supporting, or engaging in unlawful actions.
• Using TicketApp's private API with other clients or unauthorized integrations is prohibited. This rule ensures the security and stability of our system.
• The application must only be used on the specified domains, namely ticketapp.dev and its subdomains. Using the application on other platforms or unauthorized environments is forbidden.

In the event of a violation of the above rules, TicketApp reserves the right to restrict user access, issue warnings, or, in severe cases, delete the user's profile. The application is not responsible for any consequences, including data loss or loss of access resulting from such actions.

• TicketApp reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate services at any time without prior notice. While we will make every effort to notify users in advance, in some cases, notice may not be possible.
• We may modify these terms of service from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify registered users via email, but users are also responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
• We reserve the right to delete the profiles of users who are inactive for extended periods or who violate trademark and copyright rules. These user accounts may be deleted without prior notice.

Data security and the protection of personal information are governed by TicketApp's Privacy Policy, which is available on the ticketapp.dev website. Users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these policies to understand how we manage and protect their data.

TicketApp's chat functions allow users to communicate with each other. If a user reports content they find inappropriate, the TicketApp team will review the case. If the content is found to be problematic, it will be removed, and the user will receive a warning. Repeated violations may result in the permanent deletion of the user's profile.

• Users can create their own subdomains on ticketapp.dev (e.g., username.ticketapp.dev) for ticket management.
• TicketApp does not assume responsibility for the content created by users on their subdomains but will monitor reported issues as necessary.
• For Pro and Pro+ users, the option to use a custom domain (CNAME) will be available. However, TicketApp is not responsible for the content hosted on custom domains.
• TicketApp reserves the right to monitor, report, and act on user-submitted content in cases of violations, but tickets remain private unless the Pro or Pro+ subscription allows public tickets.
